Official Handicap Tracking Coming to THP

Would this be available to me

Sweet news. I already signed up locally for my USGA for this year but in sussequent years I will be a member of the THP club.
 
Very good news, especially for those of us like me that do not belong to a club, so it's a little more difficult to get a handicap. I hope that stat-tracking is also involved with this.
 
Is this going to be a free service? Or will there be a cost? Free for albatross members?
