The kids are asleep, desert's made and presents under the tree ready for Christmas day tomorrow. Merry Christmas and Happy holidays to everyone on THP.

But I have a new role in my store that I'm using as a chance to increase my value to Verizon as a company and as a way to get my name out some more. I am now the inventory specialist in my store. While that doesn't sound all that exciting, I'm in charge of about 75k of inventory in my store, along processing returns to the warehouses and push transfers to and from the store. I've put some new processes in place that have already caught some attention and looking to try and make a splash and move up in the company with an eye towards merchandizing and inventory controls. Been a process getting my system up and running and getting my inventory room to a place I want it but all the reps in my store are very happy with the changes and I've gotten full support from my bosses. It has taken away from THP time while at work, but I've been reenergized to go to work again. Which is very nice.
Note 3 or Moto X. The X has Kit Kat on it which has some really nice features. I'm using a Droid Mini right which has KK on it and Kristen has an X which she is really liking right now. Only knock is the camera is pretty disappointing.
Just got the number for our official closing costs.
They ended up being half of what we were originally told.
So freaking happy right now, this helps us in soooooo many ways its not even funny
Holy high estimates batman. Great news there though
no kidding, while it sucks cause I used lender credits to take a higher interest rate (so it could have been lower) its a huge relief that I wont need the additional funds
True but if the lender credits raise your interest rate a quarter or half a percent but it takes you 6 years of higher payments to break even on cash saved, you could be out of there by then.
Always good, what course do you play at?
My misfortune is bring so many people joy today. I guess that's better than nothing. Haha
