I really like the Fila shorts too. Mine have the little tee pockets on the outside of the right leg plus free tees!
 
I used to have plenty of Cross stuff back in the UK, but haven't really seen it available over here. What stores carry it?

Fairway styles carries them. I grabbed some mine from kingdom 59 at a great price. They are from a few releases ago but that doesn't bother one bit. If I like it I will probably grab some more stuff from fairway styles as you can't beat their service and selection.

Depends on the line. The golf specific line is quite good. Although in recent years, they run rather small to size.
