Pies are done!!! That Apple on the left is driving me nuts with how amazing it smells.

Stuffing is in the crock pot, and the oven is preheating for the bird.

Oh yes, will do! And turkey was placed in the smoker around an hour ago. I'm doing a 12 pounder and my mom is roasting a 20 pounder. Meat will be had.

My family would go ballistic if they knew I was posting pics of our thanksgiving day on the Internet. I love your guys openness and this is a great read preparing for our big day. However if I posted anything on here it would be a complete argument all day. Heck ; even posting my golf swing on a private forum drives my wife bananas .. Kudos to you guys and happy turkey day

My bird will be too late to enter. Having friends/family over on Saturday that can't make it today. Will be grilling the turkey on the rotisserie in this brine..

Turkeys are on the Smoker. Getting the two bone in breasts, breast side up is impossible for some reason with these birds, so we shall see.
