Bridgestone J15 Muscle Back Irons

As has been said multiple times, thanks to THP and Bridgestone Golf, 2014 Morgan Cup Staffers got their pick of the new lineup. I chose to go with the beautiful Muscle Back design. I look forward to sharing my feedback on these.

First initial impression is that indeed these are lookers! To my pleasant surprise all clubs swing weight at d4, pw at d5. Perfect for me. I have not swung these yet, I will need to get them bent 2 degrees flat. The grips I think will need to be swapped out. Not a fan of the stock grip but easily fixed by putting on my lamkin crossline cords

They are beautiful irons, I hit them a couple of times at Bridgestone U and after two perfect shots with the nine iron I stopped while I was ahead.

Not too small in profile. Perhaps my perception is skewed a bit since I have the miura baby blades in the bag ATM.
