I think under for sure. Between the course, how well he has done on it and the progress I think he has made I actually wouldn't be surprised to seem him top 5 or win it.

This is a hard one to call. Statistically the past couple of years top 25 is just a couple under par, so really he only needs one decent day and par the other 3 and he's top 20. I am going to say over, but that he only misses that by 1 or 2 strokes.

He's never been accurate off the tee but his miraculous short game is no longer there .

It hasn't been issue at The Memorial. Not the previous 276 times he's won on this course.

I think for Tiger the betting has to be whether he simply makes the cut or not.

If he does make the cut then the better version of Tiger has showed up and he will probably do OK.
