Agree can't extend that arm. Gotta call it every time

Unless ur using it to club someone upside the head for a no call

Definitely a charge. like you said once that arm is extended it is an offensive call.

The no call on the Kung Fo chop though was interesting.

Of course that was after the shot clock expired. These refs are horrendous.
 
The though of UK and Duke in the title game makes me want to hang myself
