I scan the bay from time to time for a softail, preferably in black. I need to make this happen this year as well.
There is no feeling like a true Mills putter. I truly believe that.

Man that top pic is one of my favorite head shapes ever as well. If I were to make a custom, it would definitely be of that variety. Hopefully someday! This top BEAUTY is my favorite headshape out there (yes, more than the mFGP2). Poor putter met an iron head being knocked off of a shelf and onto it a couple years ago and has sat ever since. NO MORE!
Sending it into Kari for a refinish, its borderline Mills blasphemy, but I'm doing it anyways because I want to roll some Fleetwood Hi-Toe awesomeness again.
Lots of dead pic links in here, makes me sad. I'll remedy that this year though.
I agree, the feel is just "right".There is no feeling like a true Mills putter. I truly believe that.
She sure is pretty Jman, glad to hear she's back home.
I currently have 2 TP Mills SoftTails (1 carbon, 1 stainless) and a Mizuno TP Mills #1 in my collection. I game the #1 occasionally though after reading through this thread, I think I will have to put at least one of the SoftTails into the rotation.
I might be a putter wh.. uh I mean hoarder... If I ever do decide to sell a SoftTail you're at the top of the list. Actually, I had better put you in my will. I think I cracked 50 with my purchase last night and my demise would be assured if the CFO and my hoard ever met.2 SoftTails you say... Even though I know you are not much in the selling business...haha, I happen to be looking for one! :lashes:
I am seriously contemplating a Huey to hold me over until I snag a SoftTail.
Here are some photos of my "Baby" I bought new from a shop going out of business. Everyone that hits it says "It's like butter" I don't use that much just so I don't ruin it. That neck placement is perfect for me.

That is an absolute beauty! Did that shop happen to have more?
Congratulations on your first, of many, T.P. Mills putters. Looking forward to seeing your in hand pictures.

Buy a silicone cloth.
Congrats, another nice purchase. I guess I know you too well. That, and they're really sweet putters.Ummmm, you were right. Haven't even received the first one and just pulled the trigger on this...
An oil can finish Ming.
Attaboy!Already have one and the seller is sending another with the putter.
Glad to hear that your wife's new putters arrived safely. My 2 recent T.P. Mills purchases were delivered to my house today. Unfortunately, I will not be home for another 48 hours... My lovely wife did secure them in the house safe and sound though.
My 2 new beauties that I first laid eyes on last night
The custom Ming was in there today. The handmade Twelve is on the slate for tomorrow.Which one goes into the bag first?

Of course, but honestly not any better than my handmade Tad Moore TM-4. They all feel incredible! And it felt like "Warm Butter" when you hit your putts?
