Wife is trying to get the leftovers used up before we head to my parents for Thanksgiving...sooo....leftovers! lol

Actually it should be good, grilled/pressed turkey sandwiches, with some soup on the side.

And the cheese dish is flaming cheese called Saganaki.
 
Um. Love me some Greek Food. Nice.

I'll be having some lazy oven nachos with chicken, black beans, and green chiles.
 
Homemade chili. Weirdly excited to make this right now. Onions and peppers bought and ready to be cut while the rice cooler does its thing
 
Tonight I'm cooking ribeye with a homemade roasted pepper salsa. Marinated peppers, onions and tomatoes are cooking in the oven right now....oh I can't wait, they smell wonderful.
 
Homemade chicken soup for this cold weather here in TX!
