Accenture Match Play Championship Thread (Spoiler)

It's too bad that the best matchup of this tournament, McIlroy vs. Westwood, is going to be on Sunday morning instead of Sunday afternoon. Golf Channel should be happy though.

I'll take McIlroy and Mahan to make the final, with Mahan getting a little revenge for the Ryder Cup 2010 and lifting the trophy at the end of the day. That will be followed by absolutely no one on THP giving Sean Foley any credit for Mahan's victory. :wink:

I totally missed this one, I would probably only had RM still playing though , did not really look over the matches that hard before hand as I did not know there was a THP bracket.

LMAO, I won't go that far but looking forward to a full day of golf on TV! I had Rors to win it but Westy impressed me today.

I think we have 2 really good matches in the morning and who knows what tomorrow afternoon.
 
I can't remember the last time Lee bogey'd a hole on this course, and he had 6 birdies today. Rory better not get loose with any shots, that's for sure. I think we see the Sunday at Augusta Rory tomorrow.
 
I think Rory shows Lee tomorrow what a short game really looks like.
 
I think we see the Wilson from Hawaii tomorrow. The guy's a killer in the Spring. His friend tells me he relaxes during the holidays and spends time with his family, then comes back and goes HAM.

Lee's short game is like cookies full swing, when the timing is right it can work out, but if not, watch out. The pressure will get to be too much tomorrow for ol' toothy.

Breezy, you're my boy, but i might be inclined to agree with cookie on this one. Lee's short game was pretty awesome today.

Dudes, I have no idea, I did watch today and his short game was really good. I just like Rory tomorrow but to be honest its a straight match I think.

Well, I had Rory to win this but would not be surprised or disappointed in the least to see Westy advance. I have got to see a bit more of his personality this week and I really like the casual, care-free attitude.

Wilson vs Mahan? That depends on which Mahan shows up.
