That looks great! I wish meat pies were more of a thing in North America.It's not BBQ but this is a cooking thread. I can't get a good old fashioned Aussie meat pie around here so I made my own.

Get a pellet smoker! LOL! Actually enjoy looking through YouTube at some of the experts out there and learning their tricks and ways of the BBQ. Makes it a lot more fun.I strive to get on your BBQing level one day
