Sad that Dick Clark is gone. He was an inspiration to many, still hosting his Rockin' New Year's Eve show after his stroke. RIP Mr. Clark.

An amazing television icon. RIP.

He was a television visionary, RIP.

I'm kind of surprised he could die. I've thought for 20 years he was a vampire.

R.I.P. Dick. I enjoyed your New Year's Rockin' Eves.

He was a legend. I learned to do the Lindy to his afternoon show American Bandstand when I was a kid. He will be missed.

I always thought he'd make it a lot longer...82? I thought he'd be around another decade at least. RIP.
