I'm surprised we aren't hearing more about Glennon going to one of these teams in need. He only has one more year on his contract in Tampa. Seems like they would be willing to move him.

Thats like judging farts and trying to figure out which one smelled least bad of the bunch
Well if you got farts to work with spray some air freshener and call it a day... Unfortunately Joe Montana or Andrew luck isn't out there these are the misfits available

If 49ers coach Chip Kelly wants quarterbackJohnny Manziel, Kelly apparently won’t have to trade for him.
Tony Grossi of ESPNCleveland.com reports that the Browns are expected to cut Manziel by the close of business on Friday.

I wonder what Philly Vanziel is going to do. First Trent and now his other boy.

The Steelers resign Foster when I would've rather them resign Beachum and move Wallace to guard or draft one. They add Ladarius Green to an already loaded offense when I'd rather have Jesse James get the nod and sign some secondary help. Don't get me wrong, I'm not unhappy with either just would have seen it go a little different.
I don't have a problem with Foster or Green. They got a guy who can compete with James to replace Heath & didn't have to burn a high draft pick to do it. I was worried they were going to take Hunter Henry in the 1st round. That's a luxury they could not afford with their needs in the D backfield.
I like Beachum, but Villanueva played great in his first real season at tackle. No reason to think he won't get even better.
Re-signing William Gay wasn't sexy, but he's been solid. Getting Senquez Golson back will be like having an extra 2nd round CB & I expect them to draft at least 2 - 3 more DBs.

I wouldn't expect Beachum to take Villanueva's job at LT, but he's demonstrated he can play that position and has plenty of experience playing the interior which makes him much more versatile that Foster. The only upside I can think of to keeping Foster is if he is cheaper, since they're pretty tight on cap space. As badly as their secondary needs an upgrade they need to find a solid NT in the Casey Hampton mold to replace McLendon. He just doesn't have the push to consistently take on and defeat the double-teams he's going to see in a 3-4 alignment.

QB of the future! Or when Romo gets hurt again on the next play.

Just you wait and see Icey......just you wait and see! After this last surgery he had you shall now refer to him as Robo Romo. New and improved 2.0!

Unobtanium collarbones?

and Johnny has been waived

I doubt anyone picks him up too. I don't know why but my crazy imagination pictures him ending up in porn or as a Vegas DJ. What else is a guy like that going to do?

As long as he isn't playing for the Cowboys I am fine with whatever he chooses

The Browns next starting QB will be the 25th since 1999

If it weren't for the Cowboys I would agree with you. Something tells me Jerry won't be able to resist.

After the Hardy situation I think he's too much for even the Cowboys. But I would not be the least bit surprised if they end up with him.

I think I just counted the Bears have had 19 in that same time frame...Eeek!

I look forward to the ESPN 30 for 30. "The downfall of Johnny Foosball"

It wouldn't be worth the cost of the television time slot. I've never understood what makes him any different than the THOUSANDS of other players who are talented but can't overcome their demons or are just too immature to deal with being a professional athlete. I think in his case the Dave Ramsey quote fits. "More money makes you more of what you already are."

Eagle trade Sanchez to the Broncos for late conditional pick

Is there any job in the world better than being a backup QB? Even if you suck there's always a market for you.
