My left shoulder has been acting up recently. I have no clue what is wrong with the bugger. It hurts when I stretch before swinging the club and sometimes it hurts after I get done playing. I am far too young for this. If it keeps up this year, I may have to get a Dr. to check it out before next season.

Had an overuse injury to my right shoulder two years ago now it cracks and pops when I move certain ways. Also I have bad knees from play soccer most of my life. Dislocating your knees 7 times is not recommended.

ugh. sometimes I feel like Sheldon looks in your avvy.

Wow, some of you guys are darn young to have so many aches and pains, I hate to hear that. Beyond a few small stiff spots and a bit of old arthur in my hands I feel pretty solid. I broke my pinky finger over the winter and that still aches at times, lol. I do have degenerative disc disease, but thats nothing more than old age, I just got it early in life, mid forties.

Hope you all check out well and get rid of those old pains quickly, this is your time in life to enjoy a strong healthy body.

tendinitis in my right wrist due to extensive yard work...
i'm sure golfing and typing all day doesn't help :banghead:

and league starts tonight! dammit!

I've been feeling a bit of a pull on the right lat muscle. I don't think it's affecting the swing but it sure ain't helping!

Bad knees, bad back, bad shoulder, bad elbow, I'm a mess. But I still play golf and softball every week! :D Can't bring myself to go to the Doc, I know I need a couple of surgeries and just don't want to go under the knife until I have to.

Potentially torn rotator cuff. I am going to see a specialist....

Spoiler
...after the outing. Can't risk him saying "don't golf"

When I tore my RC a couple of years ago, I put off the supraspinitus tendon repair until the end of golf season. I played OK up until the day before the surgery because the golf swing (at least my golf swing) didn't strain that tendon. Don't ask me how I tore my RC - it was pretty stupid.

I had my cervical epidural injection this AM at the pain clinic in the hospital. I'm good to go for a while!

Gray got all his joints greased up before the last outing, and Kelly taking care of business before this outing!
I have a feeling you are going to DOMINATE the champion scramble!

I've got a bit of tendonitis in my left elbow from overworking it at the gym about 6 months ago. I took 2 months off from the gym and pretty much did nothing, and I'd say its back to 95% these days but every now and again it will feel a little tender when I pick heavy stuff up. Strangely enough even when it feels it's worst swinging a golf club seems to help it feel better.

You guys have been drinking Uncle Daddy's sweet tea!

I've got a back that gets tight often and hurts every now and then. My right wrist also hurts from being on a computer all day.
Heck, I'm just thankful that my back has started feeling better. This past winter I was hurt it while sledding on a car hood behind a 4-wheeler.
My left knee also feels like something is out of whack, but it doesn't really hurt or anything.

The impingement I have in my left shoulder is flaring up.
I ususally get a shot that lasts about 6-8 months and I got one right before the Kingdom trip.
Apparently the shot has worn off. I guess I will have to have the surgery to fix it once and for all, but I am going to wait till winter.

Six weeks, three days since my right total knee replacement and rehab leaves me sore. But I am playing again! The bad thing, left knee is bad, probably another TKR by this time next year.

I turned 40 last October and the aches have lingered. My neck, lower back, right surgically repaired knee. I have a supply of 800mg ibprophen, pain pills and a heating pad. Two young kids under three and am very active. My knee throbs after 18 holes as well as my right ankle. Ugh....

I am healthy as a bull in mating season and ready to kick some arse down at West Palm Beach :deadhorse:

I played today and my back is killing me.Time to hit the hot tub it's the only way I keep playing LOL.

ok here's my aches and pain list. i am 55 years old as of this week. I crushed my L3/L4/L5 vertebrae when i was 18, this left me with partial paralysis on my left leg fromthe knee Down. Also suffer from spasms from the Scar tissue inside my spinal column. Lost my left ankle 15 years after a fall coming down a hill on the course, it was raining and the old metal spikes didn't slip when I did. The fall destroyed my left ankle, I ended up with Avascular Necrosis (bone death) of the talus bone. So my ankle was fused with bone removed from my hip. End result, I walk with a major limp and have constant hip and ankle pain. I can't reach to the bottom of the cup anymore to pick up ball (use one of those suction cups). But i play every saturday, can't drive a ball more then 185 yards. But i love this stupid game. I just keep working on my clubs as time goes to keep it easy and forgiving. All are now senior staffs, and i play a full set of Adams Hybird irons. Also use the long putter.

There's always someone who is worse off than you. I feel great compared to steeler_fan67! I am 61. I played football through college and 2 years pro. I have broken both ankles, 6 knee surgeries, the last one a knee replacement, the other knee will need to be replaced soon. Both hips are extremely creaky, may have to have hip replacements. 6 broken ribs, 4 cracked ribs, hundreds of stitches, both shoulders separated, teeth broken (yes, we had face guards back then!!!), fractured skull from AAU diving. Yep, got lost on a back 1 1/2 with 1 1/2 twists and hit the side of the pool! I creak all over when I get up! But I still feel very lucky compared to a lot of you guys and gals here.

Thank God for Alleve and Aspirin! And I raise my cap to you Steeler_fan!!! Hang in there!!

For me it is cluster headaches that last for a couple of days once every 3 - 4 months, sometimes more or less often. I have been really blessed to not have any major issues health-wise, at 57 my biggest problem lately has been tendinitis in my right elbow that sometimes hurts too much to pick up a cup of coffee on certain days. Nothing really big compared to many out there.

Sore right knee from ACL/MCL/Meniscus Surgery afew years back, plus I broke the knee cap in half back in college.
Migraines, and they are debilitating.
Bad back...if only my chiropractor were coming with me

Doctors told me I would be in a lot of pain when I get older, but at 17-18 I did not realize they meant 30. Now at 39, I know how to handle it, but man does it ever suck.
