Ever wanted to be a club tester/reviewer? We are partnering up with Tour Edge Exotics again for a chance for THPers to do just that. We call the program TEEm Tour Edge and it is going to be an absolute blast.
What is It?
We will select 4 Albatross Club Members of different skill levels that will be part of the team. They will hear from communications, get equipment info and have gear sent directly to their house or work up to FOUR times this year. Their job will be to test the equipment out, and review it on the THP Forum and social media in a weekly fashion. Like THP, Tour Edge is looking for honest feedback. The goal here is to help answer questions and share information on the products, so you must be willing to be active, answer questions about the equipment and review each piece for a period of time until the next one shows up.
If you are not a 2021 Albatross Club Member, never fear, the club is open to anybody and helps support an amazing charity in St. Jude. In the name of this community of golfers, we have been able to do things like this.
How Does It Work
Every few months a new piece of equipment will arrive along with some messaging about the technology and product as a whole. Your job will be to take some pictures, test it out and share all of that information on the THP Forum and social media. Each time a new piece of equipment comes, you repeat the tasks and have some fun with it. As part of TEEm Tour Edge, the products you review are yours to keep. The fun of it, is you won’t know what is coming until it shows up, except that we are telling everybody that the new Exotics C721 lineup will be a part of TEEm Tour Edge this year.

I would post pictures and scores from the 2-3 times I play as well as range sessions. I’ve never been a data guy but I believe I could go to the local golf store to compare with other clubs and maybe also at a neighbors who is looking at getting a sim here soon once his remodel is complete.
Congrats on the weight loss! Hopefully it will lead to some better golf as well!
Thanks, my swing is better than it’s been in years, much more mobile, can turn to the target, take a fuller faster swing. Really eager to get out there – and that had not need the case the last few years.

My plan to is to give weekly updates on all equipment. Most of my time is spent on the course and I typically play twice a week. I have access to range time also so I would mix that in as well. Would be open to all questions and inquiries and would answer all correspondence within a thread.
Right Handed? You bet!
Testing plan of action: Aside from taking the requisite photos, my testing would be conducted at the club on the range, and in the practice short game area and bunker, as appropriate. On course testing would take place on a parklands style course with elevation changes, uneven lies, and tight fairways.

Would enjoy the opportunity to test and review the equipment. Will spend time on course as well as sim time. Sim time will allow for data to be collected to go with on course feel and performance. Would also be able to get my buddy and my sons opinion on clubs as well. Buddy plays to a mid 20s cap son plays to a 5.

The main thing is I will be engaged. I will use different media – typed content, photos, video, etc – and will focus on the features of the TEE clubs, not my game or how they compare to anything else. I intend to provide my feedback here on the forum and to link to it on social media.
Yes, I am RH
I like to use the simulators and real golf course playing to get data when reviewing. Being a big numbers guy, I really like numbers and pictures when doing reviews. I also like to have others in my group to play with the clubs and see their thoughts. Reviews posted here and on other social media platforms, mainly Twitter for other social media outside the THP forum.
Confirm you are RH: I am right handed
My plan would be not only to take lots of pictures to share, but also to share my experience playing the clubs with as much detail as I can. I play a lot of different courses, every week, and with a variety of skill-levels, so would want to include their thoughts, first impressions, and feedback as well.
Yes I am a RH golfer
I am working towards single digit, brought it down over 7 last year. I play multiple rounds a week plus range time. I have a launch monitor so can get comparative data between the new equipment and my current. I write a lot of product reviews on sites I make purchases from which include pictures or videos. I really look forward to this and hope for selection.

I live in South Carolina, so we have a nice long golf season and therefore plenty of time to do thorough equipment reviews. I have a hitting net and chipping area in my backyard where I can give daily input on the equipment that I am reviewing. I also play 3 to 4 rounds of golf per month, so course feedback would be regular. You can count on getting regular pictures and videos from me, as well as numbers from a simulator so that there would be hard data tracked to the reviews.

The only request we have for TEEm members is to not use Tapatalk if they get selected. We would like the images to be on our server, rather than theirs, so that they don’t get deleted, down resolutioned, etc.
Forgot to make that note in the first post, but the mobile browser is so good now with the new features, I wasn’t sure too many are using that platform anymore.
RH
I would review on the course and from the driving range. I would also do my best to get on trackman and get numbers.
I am RH when I golf and also blood group is RH-
Range testing using SwingCaddie SC200. I attend clinics twice a week so I can provide extra feedback with pictures and videos. If permitted, I can also have my clinic group provide extra feedback. Year round golf so I am on course at least twice a week.
Yes, 2nd year as an Albatross Member
yup, I golf on the RIGHT side of the address……phaq lefties…lol
HCP: as of now: I’m a 22. Just about where I was in ’19 but the VID screwed the "20 up along with the possibility to lower.
So being that 2020 was a "WASH OUT" in getting succession playing, also the thought that I switched up my bag; so those clubs may/may not be a good fit, so WHY THE HELL NOT TRY SOMETHING ELSE NEW….. I’d be happy to use and review these clubs from Tour Edge.

Take some pictures and post range session feedback. It goes without saying that they have to get on the course including AZTHP events. I have a local golf shop I would be willing to do a few sessions on Trackman
Yes, I’m right-handed.
League has started so I play once a week and I have at least one range session per week. I will remain active in the appropriate threads and on social media, posting pictures, answering questions as well as posting feedback from my weekly rounds and range sessions (mats or grass).
Right-Handed
Phoenix area. Golf year round. Currently golf 3 times a week; one 9-hole course, and then a combination of range, 18-hole course, and lessons depending on the week. Idea would be to alternate between current clubs and existing clubs to give feedback on how they compare.
RH check
My testing approach would be range sessions, on course and sim time, compare to current gamers and assess feel, looks, performance. Love my TE 3w and would love to try out more of their lineup.
Ok. No problem! Do I need to enter again via the browser?

Of course not. You are all set ?

I’m retired so I play and practice several days a week. I’ve always wanted to try Tour Edge gear but haven’t had an opportunity or enough incentive to purchase. I have ample time to fully review any products sent my way and am logged on frequently to answer any questions.
Confirm you are RH – Yes
My plan for testing would follow my regular routine of playing 4 to 5 times per week, 18 holes at a time. I play a lot of golf and at least half the time hit a few balls on the range, prior to playing. I use my driver as much as I can as well as my fairways and hybrids so I would give every club a pretty good workout.
I am in fact right handed.
My plan for testing the Tour Edge gear will be to play as much golf with it as possible and report back to the forum on the good (hopefully a lot), the bad (it’s inevitable because it’s golf) and the ugly (because I’m no good at golf) of it all.
Give the most honest feedback that I can provide (both the good and the bad), take some great pictures to really show off the gear, golf and practice a bunch, and really just try to bring the rest of THP along during the journey with TEEm Tour Edge.
Thanks for the opportunity!
Last time I checked I was RH.
Plan of action will be giving the readers what they want to hear & see with the clubs being reviewed. This will consist of range work, SIM (to get those numbers everyone is interested in) & finally on course action. Luckily Florida allows for year long golf!!!
Thanks for the opportunity!!!
Right-handed
My plan of action for reviews is fairly simple: Initial reaction to product (look, feel) with plenty of pictures. Reactions to product after time spent on the range and on the course, to include feedback from playing partners.
RH
Will compare to recently purchased 0211s by PXG and a PXG driver and hybrid – rest of clubs almost all 2014-2020 Titleist models except a newer Ping 3w. Have built clubs in past and intrigued by Tour Edge as a line at a great price point. Would test on course and range and keep records to compare carefully.
I am indeed right handed.
On course testing, and a lot of just forum Q&A. Good or bad, just explain what I’m seeing and feeling and just go from there!
I play about 2x a week in season, and may be able to squeeze in an extra 9 during the week, so will have an opportunity to test them.
Outside of the forum reviews, I’d be sure to share my thoughts with my regular groups of playing partners, as well as my teenage children and their friends who are starting to show an interest in the game. They know I am a gear head, and are interested to see what I am playing from time to time. I don’t recall seeing any of them with Tour Edge equipment so I could expose the equipment to a group of folks that hadn’t previously considered the brand.
Thanks for the opportunity!
RH: Yes.
Reviews will be a mix of range time (good reason to go more!) and on-course play (typically once-a-week). Some kind of shot tracker data will be incorporated (Arccos or Shot Scope). If we ever sell the old house (ha!), some simulator time might be available.
Right handed for sure
as a new golfer, I can bring a fresh, unbiased approach to the reviews. All aspects of my game could use quite a bit of improvement and I’d love to share how tour edge and their lines of amazing products can assist a new player!

I play every weekend and most Wednesdays in addition. I do go to the range to try new items and have been making my own club changes as of late in shafts and grips. I have SC200 to be able to get launch, spin carry and distance numbers and i plan on giving frequent updates on my game as it progresses. Being that i am just getting back, 3 rounds in from a broken foot, great time for a change. I will give round numbers on Fairways hit, GIR PUTTS and as much data as i can configure, and or i am asked for.
I am currently transitioning form Stiff to regular shafts, so this just works into the equation also. Looking forward to a chance to work with Tour Egde here.
Thanks for the heads-up on that, no way I’m going to miss that one.
I am already a true believer in Tour Edge but I think I would be a good candidate at the high handicap/older player end of the spectrum. Especially if you have Hot launch clubs you want reviewed. However I am also very interested in seeing how the Exotics perform.
Confirm you are RH – Yes I am!
Since I work at a course during the summer I have full use of their facilities including driving range, chipping, putting, and sand area. I can also take the clubs out on the course and hit from a variety of lies and distances from any of our 36 holes.
Confirm you are RH- Yes!
The key to good reviews is readability and perspective. First, I would like to think I am a generally good writer. Second, I love trying clubs in different conditions, which will help others know if a club might be the right fit for them.
I have tried many different clubs in my playing years and am excited to try new ones. Thanks for the opportunity!
Confirm you are RH – yes Right
I play at least twice a week in the summer. I would do head to head comparisons with my current clubs, reporting every other week on my findings. Play the TE’s one day and Mine the next. At the driving range work with both sets.
