doesn’t hurt that everything seems to drop or leave a tap in.
Everyone needs to go to sleep so I can watch this full thing.
I learned a ton during this today.

What made me take notice most, and what always does with Sean, are two things.
1. his level of transparency and willingness to share is fantastic and has been for a decade of working together. I still remember visiting him with @ddec in Carlsbad and spending 3-4 hours just chatting about the industry. He meant what he said about this community as a whole and I’m humbled by it.
2. His level of enthusiasm around new products and technology has never wavered. He is known as a putter guy, but his influence runs so far deeper than that and that six degrees of separation is real.

Sean is not only a great mind in the game of golf, not only a great personality, but is also a very genuine man who is always willing talk. But he doesn’t just talk, he listens, and so those comments at the end that he made were not just words. He really means them. It’s really awesome and any THPers who have had a chance to sit and talk with the man will probably agree with what we both have said.
Also, remember we were visiting Toulon Design(at the time) when Nike announced they were getting out of the business. It’s not often that type of news breaks and the conversations around that time were off the cuff and real.
Great video. Loved how he just grabbed prototypes or products that are not released covered in his hands. Oh loved the rancher best look

It is also awesome that he sees and acknowledged what drew me to this community!
The people and the respect that is given.
It’s really just amazing to see how genuine Sean Toulon really is. He was invested in the conversation, answered us in ways we could understand, gave us some teasers, showed compassion towards our community and expressed that he values our opinions. He listens.. so cool. So, so cool!
Just watched understood way more then I expected. Great show. Thanks JB and Sean. Longneck putters!!!! June/july. Stay tuned.
@Canadan all your bag worries are over. But what if it looks like the staff bags??. I like them, but you?

The comment about the forum jumped out to me as well. Made sure to stop you as you were trying to close up to tell you. And honestly one of the biggest reason I enjoy this forum. High level of respect.
Perfect birthday present honestly.

I was just about to post this same point.
I love listening to Sean Toulon. That was fun.
BTW, great questions!
Finally got to watch. Love hearing what Sean has to say!
I am very happy that I took the time to watch and listen to this. A very enlightening and informative THP Live and not only limited to product discussion.

Sean is one of the most grounded down to earth executives I have ever met. In so many companies when I have sat down or simply talked to them they might act like they listen, but you can see they are not genuine. Sean is totally the opposite. And he is an open book with golf.
I had to watch the replay but it was fantastic!!

I am pretty sure I am pondering things now.

I feel judged.
But also, probably.

No you just have a passion for Long Necks.
That reminds me, remember Tear Drop putters?
In all seriousness…. @Canadan has a REAL problem. He found out that a Odyssey stand bag is dropping soon. That’s the real ponder. Will he commit?!
Just finished listening to the interview. That was Awesome. I love listening to Sean Toulon. I feel privileged to have met him and the rest of the Odyssey crew.
I also use my EXO #7 for practice putting indoors at my house almost daily during the season.
And just got a notification my Las Vegas arrives tomorrow:D
Just finished watching the interview! Great questions were asked. Sean answered that he loves the Toulon Austin, but I am curious what is his favorite release in the new Tri Hot 5K line?
I just caught up with the replay. The time just flew by. I could probably listen to JB and Sean talk golf all day. I felt like that was just two old friends talking golf. That was awesome. And totally agree with that closing sentiment. What you envisioned and executed is really something special in this wild place called the Internet.
Caught the live and thoroughly enjoyed it. Sean is always great to listen to. so fun, genuine, generous and open.
Great listen.
Sean might be an amazing sales person and leader, but I think he is a designer at heart. The amount of patents he has is very impressive and he never brags about that.
My question I always wonder and I know it’s probably due to the premium look of Toulon, but could we see a Triple Track Toulon or Triple Track Milled putter sometime in the future?
Just popping back in to say that was a really insightful interview. You don’t get that kind of insider knowledge anywhere else on youtube – I was really impressed. The bit about them almost signing Rory and having a bunch of those putters somewhere as well as ALMOST convincing Rahmbo to stay with the new putter were highlights for me

Great video. 70% of the Odyssey putters used on tour are unpaid… and there are more Odyssey putters in use on the tour than Scotty Cameron putters…
those 2 facts mentioned in the video need to be plastered all over the media(y)(y)
That was a great interview! Surprised to hear that blue wasn’t an initial option for the shaft colour!
If Toulon dropped a Las Vegas in blue, I’d buy it so quick I’d hurt myself. Usain Bolt fast.
Sean is such a down to earth guy. His wit is quick and sometimes savage. The time I got to spend with him is one of my best golf memories. I’d love the chance to go through another fitting with Sean just to have the chance to speak with him again.
