I got a phone call today from my son's counselor and then my son came on the line. He sounded clear and sharp as could be. Thanks to all you guys and all the recent support posts. This is surreal how much love I feel in this thread. I mean seriously the support I get here, is better than what I'm receiving from my local buddies (Of course I'm excluding you DawgDaddy
). If you could see how much you guys/gals have done for me and my kid it would melt ya heart. I can really FEEL your prayers and support and I have no doubt my son can too. Just a little bit of faith goes a long way and man you guys have blown it out of the water with your online bro hugs and stuff. I love all of ya! This weekend is hopefully going to be a benchmark in our lives. I am willing to do anything to help my boy get clean and back in life. He is so young and there is so much to see and do in this world. There is so much life to be lived and so little time to do it. This world don't stand still for nobody and Lefty you and I both know the years fly by so quickly!

KellyBo and I are doing some final touches on our home today before we fly out of Atlanta to Palm Beach, Fla. The weekend family session is Saturday and I'm looking forward to seeing how my son is doing after his time there. Saturdays session should be both informative and intense. I spoke to my son yesterday and he sounded really good so I can even tell over the phone, something is working.

Thanks Bama and all the great support posts in this thread. Prayer, well wishes, excellent wisdom, PM's, & a special support that I will not list but I can tell ya it's all greatly appreciated. Now we go down to see first hand how well this program has worked. I know this is only the beginning of a long term battle however we are prepared to stay the course and and help him make a change in his life. It's probably going to have its frustrating moments as well as happy times so that's just part of the process. I am going to show him that his Dad is behind him 100 percent for a healthy and permanent recovery. I appreciate ya all!
